Jones-Emberson 1 (PK 164+31.1), is a 14th magnitude planetary nebula in the constellation Lynx at a distance of 1600 light years. It is a larger planetary with low surface brightness. The 16.8-magnitude central star is a very blue white dwarf. . [text adapted from Wikipedia] After a long time I finally completed a new image from my private observatory. This is a Narrowband bicolor image (Ha OIII OIII) with RGB data only for the star color. La Nebulosa Jones-Emberson 1 (PK 164+31.1), è una nebulosa planetaria di 14° magnitudine, e si trova nellla costellazione della Lincealla distanza di 1600 anni luce dalla terra. E' molto estesa e con una superfice evanescente. La stella al centro è una nana bianca di 16.8° magnitudine. Dopo parecchio tempo sono riuscito finalmente a completare una nuova immagine dal mio osservatorio privato. Questa è una immagine realizzata con tecnica bi-color a banda stretta (Ha OIII OIII) per la nebulosità e colore a banda larga (RGB) solo per le stelle. Molta esposizione, circa 37 ore (53x1800" Ha, 20x1800" OIII, 6x120" RGB stars), riprese gestite da Voyager Astrophotography Automation Software e Viking.
